Having naturally curly hair and no longer being able to straighten on my own, after a car accident, added to the anxiety of this concern. As anyone who is faced with taking medication on a daily basis knows, your hair requires extreme care and a knowledgeable stylist to help bring it back to a manageable state and maintain it. Until Jen opened the doors of Glam & Tease in Bolton, we would need to set aside a whole day each week, to make the journey to my stylist in Toronto. Jen has been taking care of my hair for 3 years and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Jen's knowledge and styling skills have kept my hair healthy looking and it has finally grown past my shoulders. Despite my pleas for lots of colour (super light), Jen does not look at the money she would make...but at what my hair is able to handle and what will look best for my skin tone. And though my visits are significantly lower in profit (compared to what I go in seeking), my hair stays healthy and I am pleased to bits with the results each time. Jen's knowledge, and professionalism, has been key to maintaining my hair healthy and stylish looking. She only recommends products that work for my hair's type and nurturing needs. If I listen and follow her suggestions my hair looks glam! Walking into the salon is like walking into a friend's home, you are greeted with warmth, smiles from all staff and offered a cup of tea or coffee.
